Murasaki is a blockchain game development studio designed to build a robust blockchain engine not only for its own titles, but also IP from other developers looking to create games using the nascent technology offered by crypto. A team of crypto-native entrepreneurs has come together with acclaimed Japanese game designers to build native Murasaki games and the inaugural title, Cyberstella, is the result.
At present, no. Murasaki is heavily community-focused and wants to open up access to its ecosystem to players from around the world.
Community is a major aspect of the design process for Murasaki and this will be realized in the development of Cyberstella. Delivering blockchain games with substantial play-and-earn upside is only one goal: an emphasis on player enjoyment is a much more crucial goal.
Murasaki will continue to build its own titles and provide a conducive environment for big names in the gaming industry to bring their IP to blockchain in a seamless manner.
Substantial out-game strategy with minimal in-game actions is a core feature of inaugural title Cyberstella. Murasaki believes players are moving away from the endless grind of classic play-and-earn games and desire instead to be rewarded for skill and strategy, rather than countless hours spent in-game.
